简介：由北京冬奥组委支持，文投控股股份有限公司、北京广播电视台、优酷联合出品，伊利独家冠名播出的大型冬奥运动体验真人秀《冬梦之约》第2季，让观众沉浸在冰雪运动的世界里。节目中嘉宾们将亲身体验冰嬉，这是一种有“古代冬奥会”之称的传统冰上活动。今天晚上21:00将播出的第八期节目，将带来冬季两项的全新挑战，由王濛、张绍刚和陈玘、华晨宇、李熹子、马琳、宋小宝、王皓等人共同参与射击和越野滑雪的动静结合。10米气冠军易思玲以及专业的冬季两项运动员刘显英和宋朝卿也将加入节目，为嘉宾们提供专业指导。

In tonight's episode (8pm on CCTV), Wang Ming, Zhang Shaogang, Chen Qi, Huachen Yu, Li Xisuoyi Ma Lin Song Xiaobao Wang Hao will participate in a biathlon event that combines shooting and cross-country skiing. This is a new challenge for them.
The biathlon is a unique winter sport that combines two different disciplines - cross-country skiing and target shooting. It requires both physical endurance and mental focus. In this episode of "Dream of Winter," our guests will learn about the techniques involved in this sport from professional coaches like Liu Xianying (2012 London Olympics gold medalist) who has extensive experience in the field.
Zhang Shaogang had some hilarious moments during his participation in snow soccer where he tried to block shots but ended up falling over instead! His determination impressed everyone watching at home!
Song Xiaobao also made an appearance on snow soccer with his signature humor; he even came up with new rules for playing soccer on snow! And when it came to shooting targets during their training session before joining forces for their first-ever joint competition against each other within 'biathlons', all three teams were quite close until they realized how much more difficult it would be due to differences between individual skills which led them into heated discussions amongst themselves while trying hard not only physically but mentally too – something never experienced before under these conditions ever since they started participating alongside others like me who have always been partaking solely within respective groups because now we find ourselves being forced outside our comfort zones so drastically!!!
